On Sunday evening, George Galloway interviewed Christopher Harvie about his most recent book Broonland: The Last Days of Gordon Brown, for The Real Deal, a Press TV programme devoted to news and views that you cannot find in the corporate media. George Galloway described the book as “A brilliant piece of work” and “the best thing I’ve read this year”.

Christopher Harvie is Member of the Scottish Parliament for Mid Scotland and Fife. Harvie is visiting professor at Strathclyde and Aberystwyth universities and serves on the board of the European Centre for Federalism Studies, Tübingen, Germany. His many books include Broonland: The Last Days of Gordon Brown and Scotland and Nationalism and Fool’s Gold: The Story of North Sea Oil.
